Claudia Flores was born in California and raised in the small Northern Arizona town of Yarnell, a close-knit community that helped shape her strong values of integrity, resilience, and hard work. Growing up, she was taught that your word matters and that success is built through dedication and perseverance and these are principles she carries into her real estate career today.

Claudia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University in 2003, followed by her Master’s degree in Business in 2006. Prior to entering real estate, she built a successful career in the aerospace and management industries, developing strong leadership, organizational, and client service skills.

Her passion for real estate began after purchasing her first home at the age of 25 through a For Sale By Owner transaction. With little guidance during that experience, she became motivated to learn the process and eventually help others navigate it with confidence and clarity.

Today, Claudia specializes in residential real estate, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Valley. She is passionate not only about closing transactions but also about educating her clients so they can make informed decisions every step of the way. Known for her approachable nature and commitment to service, Claudia strives to create a positive and stress-free experience for every client.
